Platform role

HomeTutorPoint facilitates introductions between students, parents, tutors and schools. Final selection, fees, schedules and teaching arrangements are mutually decided by the parties.

Verification and independent proof exchange

HomeTutorPoint may perform an initial profile and document-verification check using information submitted by a tutor. This check is a matching safeguard and is not a guarantee of future conduct, teaching quality or the continuing validity of documents. A tutor and parent/guardian may mutually coordinate to exchange or re-check additional proof at their own discretion and consent. They should share only necessary information and must never exchange OTPs, passwords, banking credentials or original documents.

Safety, private arrangements and responsibility

Parents/guardians, tutors and schools must independently assess suitability before entering an arrangement. Final selection, fees, schedules, proof exchange, payments and continuation of classes are mutually decided by the parties. HomeTutorPoint is not responsible for claims arising from independently exchanged documents, private payments, conduct, loss, damage, disputes or commitments made outside the platform, except where liability cannot legally be excluded. Users must communicate respectfully, retain relevant records and comply with applicable laws.

Service availability

Submitting a form does not guarantee immediate placement or tutor availability in every sector, subject or budget range.
